You will live in a modern, bright apartment (attic/second floor) which has just been newly finished in 2014 to your complete satisfaction. The apartment has

• a spacious, bright living room (sqm 36), with a sofa and surrounding
       chairs, and a flat-screen satellite-TV
• one dining table for seating up to 6 people
• one open-concept kitchen
• 2 full bathrooms and 1 guest bathroom.

In the direct vicinity and within walking distance (500 m) you will find an S-Bahn-connection / (regional train) to Frankfurt, several grocery stores / supermarkets, bakery, coffeeshop, etc.

• Bed linen, hand- and bath towels shall be provided upon request
       We gladly also supply you with a bathrobe
• Floor heating available in the living room, in the hall area
       as well as in the bathrooms
• Floor coverings: Granite, laminate, tile
• Wardrobe
• Utility room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board
       (available for use upon request)
• Free parking
• When booking for several weeks, cleaning as well as a change
       of fresh linen, will be done on a weekly basis
• Furthermore, upon request, we will gladly fill up
       your refrigerator for an additional fee.
